When we judge a situation that doesn’t have what we think it needs, we are in essence adding something to it. Mindfulness asks us to do neither, but simply bring presence to this moment, and use that presence as fuel for the next moment. Similarly the practice of mindfulness helps us make conscious, deliberate choices in every moment of our lives.
