One lesson already in the room this Tuesday is the whole thesis. Not five fundamental lessons as a dump. Not falling-down as a rank you fail if you do not bounce on cue. Not a package you must carry so the week does not punish you. Not a clinic. Not a wisdom I issue from a library.

The live title sold some fundamental life lessons. I will not keep five as a dump. I will not keep falling-down-and-getting-up as a cycle you fail. I will not keep “do not forget these five ever again” as a threat. I will keep four weekday notes about how those slogans actually behave at a desk.

A cousin already holds a different job. This URL does not clone it. Lifetime-to-learn I already declined as a dunk — one lesson already in the room: 10 things that take most people a lifetime to learn. Agency without a blame ledger: Taking responsibility is power to change. Self-compassion as courtesy, not a right way: What it means to be self compassionate and how to do it right. Use this permalink when the search was some fundamental life lessons. You do not need four pages as homework.

I write as a public educator. Take one lesson already in the room, or none, and leave. If you wanted a coach, a five-lesson syllabus, a 1:1 who will stop you falling, a director-of-your-life certificate, or a promise that a dump treats a diagnosis, this is the wrong door — on purpose. New here? Start here. Who I am: About. Daily noticing: Wellness.

This page is not a rival ladder. Canon is nine movements on a spiral: The 9 stages of spiritual self realization. One honest lesson on a Tuesday is texture, not a tenth stage you fail. Falling down is not a failed movement on that spiral.

This is not a clinic. Five reminders will not treat a mood, a body, or a diagnosis. Harm is not a gift. If a feeling is larger than a grey week — a mood that will not lift, a body that is not safe, a mind that is planning harm — stop. That is a clinician. In a crisis, local emergency services, not this inbox. The rule sits on Disclaimer.

Four notes, not five as a dump

You do not need all four. Number one is not holier than number four. Pick the slogan that is loud this Tuesday. I will not dump the live five.

  1. One lesson already in the room
  2. Falling-down is not a rank
  3. Director is not a law I issue
  4. A grey hour is still enough

1. One lesson already in the room

The live opening sold a package: life is a cycle of falling down and getting up; some lessons are more profound; carry the valuable package always; if you forget, more difficulties and negative outcomes. Then five numbered fundamentals you must not forget.

I dropped five as a dump this URL delivers. I dropped package as a product. I dropped forget-and-you-suffer as a threat. I will keep: one lesson already in the room this Tuesday is allowed.

You do not fail by not having five. You do not pass by announcing you have them laminated. The cousin already holds the refusal of ten as a lifetime dunk. This URL does not clone that list. This URL declines the hunger to dump five so a reader can stop falling.

What you may take: one lesson that is already sitting in this hour — a cup, a no, a kind sentence — without a set. Not a wisdom I issue. Not five as a rank.

2. Falling-down is not a rank

The live frame made falling the classroom: you fall, you get up, you learn, you grow; repeat the same mistake and you still contain the ability to learn. I dropped falling-down as a rank you fail if the getting-up is slow. I dropped mistake as a curriculum I grade from a paragraph. Harm is not a gift. A fall is sometimes a fall.

You do not owe this page a bounce. A hard week is still a week. A person who is still on the floor is still a person. Getting up, when it is yours, is allowed. It is not a membership I renew because you posted a lesson.

What you may take: one honest sentence about the hour you are in, without a rank for people who are still down. Not a cycle I install. Not a clinic.

3. Director is not a law I issue

The live first sermon sold director: life is what you make of it; you are the director; stop the victim role; take the reins; do not let life be run by others. I dropped director as a law. I dropped victim as a dunk on people who were actually harmed. I dropped reins as a product I hand you from a URL.

Some hours are not yours to direct. A body, a job, a house, a history — those have rooms I do not run. I will keep a smaller sentence: one next hour you can actually spend is allowed.

You do not fail by needing help. You do not pass by announcing you have taken over the film.

What you may take: one next hour named honestly, without a dunk on a victim. Not a director certificate. Not a law.

4. A grey hour is still enough

The live stack closed with: do not be too hard on yourself; prioritize what truly matters; life is too short to dwell in the past or worry about the future. I dropped too-short as a dunk. I dropped past as a lesson you must cherish even when it was rough. I dropped worry as a sin this page polices. I dropped prioritize as a scoreboard of what deserves you.

I will keep: a grey hour is still a person. One lesson already in the room is enough for this Tuesday. Courtesy toward the person already at the desk — including you — is allowed.

A grey day is not a failed membership. If a feeling is larger than a grey week, these notes are not your treatment. A kind sentence is not an antidepressant.

What you may take: one honest sentence about the hour you are in. Not a self I unveil. Not a clinic.

You do not have to dump five fundamental lessons in order to have a decent Tuesday. You have to notice one lesson already here, drop one unkind sentence toward yourself, and go on with the afternoon. That is the whole education on this page. The rest was a listicle’s hunger for a reader it could stop from falling.

How little is enough

Pick one. One lesson already in the room. One honest sentence without a rank for people who are still down. One next hour named honestly. One honest sentence about a grey hour. Not five as a dump. Not falling-down as a rank. Not director as a law. Not a clinic.

A lesson already here is not a product I deliver from a library. I do not take 1:1 clients. There is no call to book. Leave with one practice, or with the Tuesday you already had.
