Nine hundred and sixty-six posts is a lot of doors. You do not have to walk through them all.
I built this page as the corridor. Four steps — one practice, one food idea, one inner map, then a clear look at who is writing — and you can leave better resourced than you arrived. There is no quiz that scores you. There is no call to book.
Ultimate Wellness is a free English-language library where you leave with one practice, one food idea, or one clearer map of your inner life — not a coaching pitch.
Take what is useful. Leave the rest.
Step 1 — One practice (Wellness)
Do this today. Sit for one minute and notice the breath as it is — not as you wish it were. If sitting feels like too much theatre, take thirty seconds and scan from the feet up.
That is the whole first step. A return, not a treatment for a named condition.
When you want more of the same kind of thing: 12 mindfulness exercises to start using daily.
Walk away with: you know how to return to the present without an app.
Step 2 — One food idea (Food)
Do this today. Put two colours on the next plate. A green leaf and an orange fruit or vegetable is enough. Drink water when you are thirsty.
That is a food idea, not a diet tribe, not a detox, and not a promise that a colour will heal anything.
Live-safe next read: The best way to hydrate. Trust thirst.
A later colour-ritual PDF exists if you want it: Guides. This step does not require it.
Walk away with: one plate decision, not a diet identity.
Step 3 — One inner map (Metaphysics)
Do this today. Read the seven centres once — safety, creativity, agency, care, voice, insight, meaning — and notice which theme is loud. Write three lines. Do not diagnose yourself.
A map is a map. It is not a laboratory measurement, not a medical system, and not a rank.
Read next: Chakras — a beginner’s guide.
Optional deepen: The 9 stages of spiritual self-realization. Unfolding as a spiral. You cannot fail a spiral.
Walk away with: a map you can disagree with and still use.
Step 4 — About the educator
I’m Gary B. I write Ultimate Wellness as a public educator. I trained as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) at the World Coach Institute, with health, wellness, and nutrition training. That certificate is why I can teach in public. It does not make me a doctor, an HPCSA-registered dietitian, or someone who takes 1:1 clients. I don’t, and I won’t.
There is no discovery call hiding under this heading.
Then open: About and Disclaimer.
Walk away with: a named educator, and a clear no to coaching.
After the four steps
You are done. That was the path.
If you want another room later: Wellness, Metaphysics, or the optional paid PDFs on Guides.
Mini FAQ
Do I have to go in this order? No. If you came for food, start at step 2. If something in your inner life will not sit still, start at step 3.
Is there a quiz that tells me my path? No.
How do I work with you? You don’t, one to one. Read, take one thing, practise it. There is no call to book.
Will eating a colour for each centre treat an illness? No. Illness belongs with your own clinician. See the education disclaimer.
