One habit you can actually try this Tuesday is the whole thesis. Not five as a dump. Not exceptionally-healthy as a guarantee. Not a clinic. Not a purity contest.
The live title sold five habits to have if you want to be exceptionally healthy. I will not keep five as a dump. I will not keep exceptionally-healthy as a result I issue, a top one percent, or a person who skirts an epidemic. I will keep four weekday notes about how those slogans actually behave at a desk.
Two cousins already hold a different job. This URL does not clone either. Five balance-solutions I already declined as a dump — one small practice is still a Tuesday: 5 solutions for a balanced mind and body. A weekday habit I already declined as a personality replacement — a gap is still a gap: How mindfulness helped me drop bad habits. Use this permalink when the search was five habits to have if you want to be exceptionally healthy.
I write as a public educator. Take one habit into the week, or none, and leave. If you wanted a coach, an exceptionally-healthy programme, a 1:1 who will alchemize your energy, or a promise that five habits treat a diagnosis, this is the wrong door — on purpose. New here? Start here. Who I am: About. Daily noticing: Wellness. Change over weeks: Transformation.
This page is not a rival ladder. Canon is nine movements on a spiral: The 9 stages of spiritual self realization. One habit on Monday is texture, not a tenth stage you fail.
This is not a clinic. Moods have weather. Bodies have weather. Some weather needs a clinician. If a feeling is larger than a grey week — a mood that will not lift, a body that is not safe, a mind that is planning harm — stop. That is a clinician. In a crisis, local emergency services, not this inbox. The rule sits on Disclaimer. Harm is not a gift. Sleep is not a treatment. A walk is not a scan. I will not recast illness as five habits you failed to purchase.
Four notes, not five habits as a dump
You do not need all four. Number one is not holier than number four. Pick the slogan that is loud this Tuesday. I will not keep five as a rank.
- One habit this Tuesday
- Five habits is not a dump this page delivers
- Exceptionally-healthy is not a guarantee
- A grey Tuesday is still a person
1. One habit this Tuesday
The live opening sold a landscape: we all know someone who is always healthy; even in an epidemic they skirt around catching anything; they have lifestyle habits that make them some of the healthiest people alive.
I dropped always-healthy as a product. I dropped epidemic-as-proof as a dunk. I dropped superhuman as a club. I will keep: one habit you can actually try this Tuesday is allowed.
A glass you actually drink because you meant it. Ten minutes outside without calling it a protocol. A sit that is only a sit. Lights down at a time you can keep. That is manners toward your own hour. It is not a pinnacle I restore. You can still be tired at 16:00. That is a person, not a failed membership.
What you may take: one habit you can name by Tuesday, that you actually do. Not five as a rank. Not a clinic.
2. Five habits is not a dump this page delivers
The live middle stacked five as a kit: quality sleep and a ten-o’clock hormone; food rich in prana and a stronger energy field; meditation that unwinds DNA; movement so a sedentary life does not shave years; a positive attitude that propels you into the top one percent.
I dropped five as a dump. I dropped prana as a purity score on a plate. I dropped DNA as a protocol I wear. I dropped top-one-percent as a club. I will keep: naming one loud hour is allowed without collecting five proofs.
Wanting sleep is ordinary. Wanting a walk is ordinary. None of that enrols you in an exceptionally-healthy club. You do not fail Tuesday by skipping a sit. You do not pass by announcing you completed five habits. A cousin already holds one small practice without five solutions: 5 solutions for a balanced mind and body.
What you may take: one honest name for the hour you are in — one glass, one walk, one sit — without five as a membership. Not a dump. Not a shop.
3. Exceptionally-healthy is not a guarantee
The live close sold a result: these are the five main habits; it is not as difficult as it may seem; one step then another until you embody all of them; may you live a long and exceptional life.
I dropped exceptionally-healthy as a guarantee. I dropped embody-all-five as a certificate. I dropped a long life as a result I issue from a library. I will keep: one habit is still a habit if nobody sold you a pinnacle.
You do not fail Tuesday by still being a body with a mood. Wholeness is not a product. A positive attitude is not a placebo I teach as manifestation. Sitting with an uncomfortable hour is manners. It is not alchemy I run from a URL.
What you may take: one habit without an exceptional health you fail. Not a product. Not a guarantee. Not a clinic.
4. A grey Tuesday is still a person
The live list recast weather as a problem five habits treat: missed sleep as a failed cycle; ordinary food as low prana; anger as a heart you caused; sitting as years you lose; a grey mood as a nocebo you should alchemize. I dropped treatment as a gift from a paragraph. I dropped purity as a contest.
A grey mood is a grey mood. Pain is pain. A body that is not well is a body, not a floor I sweep with five habits. Harm is not a gift. If the hour is larger than a grey week, these notes are not your treatment. A walk is not an antidepressant. Fresh food is not a scan. The person already at the desk is enough for this Tuesday. A cousin already holds the gap in which a weekday habit can drop, without a personality overhaul: How mindfulness helped me drop bad habits.
What you may take: one clinician door if a body or a mind is not safe. One habit if the hour is only loud. Not a purity contest. Not a clinic I run.
How little is enough
Pick one. One habit you actually do. One refusal of five as a dump. One hour without an exceptional health you fail. One grey Tuesday that is still a person. Not five as a dump. Not exceptionally-healthy as a guarantee. Not a clinic. Not a purity contest.
A habit is not a product I deliver from a library. I do not take 1:1 clients. There is no call to book. Leave with one practice, or with the Tuesday you already had.
