One pause before a plate, or one plate with more than one colour, is the whole thesis. Not holistic-medicine as a product you opt into. Not a club that replaces a clinician. Not a dunk on the person already treating you. Food is not medicine. Not a clinic.

The live title sold why more people are opting for holistic medicine. I will not keep opting as a membership. I will not keep holistic as a medical system this URL delivers. I will keep four weekday notes about a pause or a plate.

Two cousins already hold a different job. This URL does not clone either. Holistic-health I already declined as a product — one pause or one plate: Discover the true potential of holistic health healing. Kitchen noticing with children I already declined as a medical system: Meaningful ways to help children live holistically. Use this permalink when the search was opting for holistic medicine.

I write as a public educator. Take one pause or one plate into the week, or none, and leave. If you wanted a coach, a naturopathic funnel, a clinic I staff from a library, a 1:1 who will find your root cause, or a promise that a lifestyle change treats a diagnosis, this is the wrong door — on purpose. New here? Start here. Who I am: About. Kitchen side: Food. Daily noticing: Wellness.

This page is not a rival ladder. Canon is nine movements on a spiral: The 9 stages of spiritual self realization. An honest Tuesday at the table is texture, not a tenth stage you fail. Not anti-religion. Not anti-medicine. I do not run those rooms.

This is not a clinic. Moods have weather. Bodies have weather. Some weather needs a clinician. If a feeling is larger than a grey week — a mood that will not lift, a body that is not safe, a mind that is planning harm, a child who needs care — stop. That is a clinician who is allowed to treat you. I will not dunk that person. In a crisis, local emergency services, not this inbox. The rule sits on Disclaimer.

Four notes, not a product you opt into

You do not need all four. Number one is not holier than number four. Pick the slogan that is loud this Tuesday.

  1. One pause before the plate
  2. Holistic as a product I will not sell
  3. I will not dunk the person already treating you
  4. One plate is not a medical system

1. One pause before the plate

The live opening sold a trend: more people are opting for holistic medicine because it focuses on prevention rather than late treatment.

I dropped the trend as a product. I dropped prevention-as-a-club. I dropped late-treatment as a dunk on the room you may already be in. I will keep: one pause before a plate is allowed.

You sit. You notice the food. You take a breath that does not have to become a brand. That is manners. It is not a root-cause investigation I run from a URL. A pause does not treat a diagnosis. A pause is still allowed on a Tuesday when nobody is selling you a medical identity.

2. Holistic as a product I will not sell

The live middle sold a comparison: one kind of medicine targets an organ; another finds the root cause; a short appointment becomes a failure; a longer one becomes the proof.

I dropped holistic as a product. I dropped root-cause as a brand this library issues. I dropped the short-appointment dunk. I will keep: one plate with more than one colour is allowed — as kitchen noticing, not as a medical system.

Holistic, on some sites, is sold as a whole-body medicine you join. I am not that clinician. Nutrition education is not dietetics. You do not pass by announcing you have found the root under the symptom. You do not fail by still seeing the clinician you already have.

3. I will not dunk the person already treating you

The live list stacked a rivalry: one door as reductionism, another as the adult choice, waiting rooms as proof, pills as cover-ups. I dropped the dunk. I dropped the scoreboard. I dropped a public-health argument from a library — that door stays with people allowed to treat you. I will keep: courtesy toward the person already treating you is allowed.

A clinician can be hurried and still be the right door for a body that needs care. A lifestyle change can be useful and still not replace a prescription you were given on purpose. I will not tell you that a diet overcomes a chronic disease from a paragraph. If you have a condition, take medication, or need care, please see your own clinician.

4. One plate is not a medical system

The live close implied that holistic medicine focuses on healthy living and is sure to gain momentum once people realise its effectiveness. I dropped effectiveness as a guarantee from a blog. I dropped momentum as a club. I will keep: one plate is still a plate. It is not a medical system.

Plenty of people never use the word holistic and still cook, sit, and drink water when thirsty. If a body is larger than a pause — pain, a diagnosis, a child who needs care, a mood that will not lift — these notes are not your treatment. A carrot is not an ointment. A pause is not a specialist.

You do not have to opt into a product called holistic medicine in order to have a decent Tuesday. Notice one pause or one plate, drop one dunk toward the person already treating you, and go on with the afternoon. If the hour is louder than a library, that is a clinician, not a pause.

How little is enough

Pick one. One pause before the plate. One plate with two colours. One courteous hour toward care you already have. One honest skip of the club. Not opting as a dump. Not a product. Not a dunk on clinicians. Not a clinic.

A pause is not a product I deliver from a library. I do not take 1:1 clients. There is no call to book. Leave with one practice, or with the Tuesday you already had.

This page is education, not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a treatment plan. I write as Ultimate Wellness, a public educator — not a doctor, not an HPCSA-registered dietitian, and not a therapist. I don’t take 1:1 coaching clients from this library; take one useful idea and use it. If you have a condition, take medication, or need care, please see your own clinician — more on Disclaimer.
