Attention is a weekday skill. That is the whole thesis. Not a gym called spiritual fitness. Not six muscles you grade strong or weak. Not extrasensory perception of other planes. The live title sold six muscles of spiritual fitness, then a strong/weak scorecard. I will not keep that gym. I will not dump six. I will keep four weekday notes about looking.

This is not a rank. You do not fail by still missing your own mood until after the reply is sent. You do not pass by announcing your spiritual muscle is strong. Strong and weak, used as jerseys, become a club. Autopilot is ordinary. Brains make habits so a Tuesday can happen.

A cousin already exists. This URL does not clone it. Attention as a weekday practice — not a consciousness you expand: 5 ways to expand your consciousness. Use that when the search was expand. Use this permalink when the live title was spiritual fitness and six muscles — the gym I am declining.

I write as a public educator. Take one looking note into the week, or none, and leave. If you wanted a guru gym, a 1:1 who will grade your muscles, extrasensory proof, or a promise that looking treats a diagnosis, this is the wrong door — on purpose. New here? Start here. Who I am: About. Daily practices: Wellness. Inner maps: Metaphysics.

This page is not a rival ladder. Canon remains nine movements on a spiral. The early band is already this work: something is missing / I wake up, then I study myself. Four notes below are texture, not stages 10 through 13: The 9 stages of spiritual self realization.

If a feeling is larger than a grey week, stop. Get help that is allowed to help. Hopelessness, despair, a body that feels faint or detached, a mind that is not safe — those are clinician doors, not a weak muscle I diagnose from a paragraph. In a crisis, local emergency services, not this inbox. The rule sits on Disclaimer.

Four notes, not a six-muscle gym

You do not need all four. Number one is not more fit than number four. Pick the note that is loud this Tuesday.

  1. Looking is not a muscle you grade
  2. Other planes are not ESP I sell
  3. Impact and feeling are not ranks of fulfillment
  4. The body is a Tuesday, not a spiritual gym

1. Looking is not a muscle you grade

The live sheet split self-awareness into location awareness and time awareness — happiness in the now. If strong: you are the driving force behind what manifests. If weak: hopelessness. Mental muscle, if strong: you control thoughts and therefore reality. I dropped the strong/weak jersey. I dropped manifestation as a law. I dropped control-of-thoughts as control-of-reality.

Looking is simpler than a gym. You pay a little attention to the inner weather without putting the weather on trial. Needs, a sticky habit, a miss — named in plain language. Happiness in the now is a slogan. Memory is useful. Planning is useful. Both can thicken until you miss the tap. Named noticing is: see that, come back.

What you may take: one inner weather named without a trial. “This is irritation.” Then the kettle. Not a grade out of six. A numbered drill, if you wanted a minute: 12 mindfulness exercises to start using daily.

2. Other planes are not ESP I sell

Muscle one said spiritual awareness expands to other planes — things we may not logically understand but intuitively know. If strong: you are guided by something bigger; connectedness, abundance, peace. If weak: disconnected, lonely, unfulfilled; life driven by guesswork. I dropped other planes. I dropped guided-by-something-bigger as a certificate. I dropped abundance as a prosperity-gospel. I dropped loneliness as a weak spiritual muscle.

Intuition, as I teach it here, is a noticing skill in ordinary rooms — gut, heart, vision, belonging — not extrasensory perception of another plane I sell from a blog. Four rooms already have a map: 4 levels of intuition. This URL does not clone that.

You may keep a faith that includes more than the kettle. A pew is allowed. A prayer is allowed. I name named traditions with respect. I do not sit you in a lineage. I do not deliver other planes as a fitness test.

What you may take: one ordinary look that does not need a plane. The face in front of you. The next sentence. That is attention. It is not ESP.

3. Impact and feeling are not ranks of fulfillment

Muscle four said a life of impact brings contentment; if strong, you make a difference; if weak, unfulfilled, jealous, overwhelmed, you play small. Muscle five said if strong, you relish all emotions, are empathic, easily build trust; if weak, a lack of emotions or overly emotional, or drama recurring. I dropped impact as a rank of fulfillment. I dropped play-small as a dunk. I dropped enjoy-all-emotions as a grade. I dropped drama as a diagnosis I issue.

A sized gift is a human option. So is saying no when the well is empty. I will not tell you that wanting a quiet Tuesday is a weak impact muscle. Care that erases you is not a higher floor. A feeling is information. Empathy is manners, not a certificate.

What you may take: one sized next action in a room you can see — a message, an hour, an honest no — without a story that you have now made a difference as a brand. If a mood is a crisis, clinician.

4. The body is a Tuesday, not a spiritual gym

Muscle six said it is crucial to have a positive relationship with your body. If strong: present, alert, aligned, not concerned with what other people think, excited to be alive. If weak: faint, weak, or detached; less coordinated — in your body, and echoing into your life. I dropped the jersey. I dropped faint and detached as a weak spiritual muscle. Those can be medical. They are not a fitness rank I score from a blog.

A body is allowed to want rest, water, a walk. Visiting the body — not hunting a diagnosis: How to listen to the wisdom of your body. This URL does not clone it. Notice one ordinary fact of the body without a spiritual grade. If the body is in acute trouble, get medical help. Do not sit with a fitness drill.

What you may take: one visit, not a gym. Limits are real. Looking does not delete a wall.

How little is enough

Pick one. One inner weather named without a trial. One ordinary look that does not need a plane. One sized next action, or one honest no. One visit to the body without a spiritual grade. Not six muscles. Not a gym. Not ESP. Not a rank of the fit.

I do not take 1:1 clients. There is no call to book. There is no guru seat. Leave with one looking note, or with the Tuesday you already had.
