One plate you actually eat this Tuesday is the whole thesis. Not not-designed-to-eat-meat as a dunk. Not a conversion away from a person who still eats meat. Not a microbiome as a gospel this URL wears. Not a diet I prescribe. Not a clinic. Food is not medicine on this site.

The live title sold humans are not designed to eat meat — leading microbiome scientist explains. I will not keep that as a dunk. I will not keep a gut, a tooth, a brain-size story, or a film as a conversion this URL runs. I will keep four weekday notes about how that slogan actually behaves at a table.

Two cousins already hold a different job. This URL does not clone either. One plate idea — not a rank of meat, soy, whey, dairy, hemp: What are the differences between meat soy whey dairy hemp and other proteins. One plant on the plate — not fifteen proteins never to ignore: 15 plant based protein sources never to ignore. Use this permalink when the search was humans are not designed to eat meat.

I write as a public educator with a nutrition certificate — education, not dietetics. I am not an HPCSA-registered dietitian. Take one plate into the week, or none, and leave. If you wanted a coach, a vegan identity, a 1:1 who will convert your trolley, a scientist’s coat as a dunk, or a promise that a design-story treats a diagnosis, this is the wrong door — on purpose. New here? Start here. Who I am: About. The kitchen side of this library: Food. The kettle-and-breath side: Wellness.

This is not a clinic. This is not a diet prescription. This is not a conversion. Food is not a religion on this site. I do not deliver a diet. I will not tell you meat treats a heart or a gut I am licensed to run — and I will not tell you avoiding meat treats them either. I will not hang a death count on a Tuesday plate. I will not dunk a person who eats meat. I will not dunk a clinician who named a plan. If you have a condition, take medication, or eating is a war, please see your own clinician. Beans are still beans. Meat is still meat if you eat it. Neither is a treatment I issue from a library. In a crisis, local emergency services, not this inbox. The rule sits on Disclaimer.

Four notes, not a dunk as a conversion

You do not need all four. Number one is not holier than number four. Pick the slogan that is loud this Tuesday. I will not keep not-designed as a dunk.

  1. One plate you actually eat
  2. Not-designed is not a dunk this page delivers
  3. Conversion is not a product
  4. Meat can stay

1. One plate you actually eat

The live opening sold a hunt: dental, bone, DNA, ancient stool; then a coat that said we have been misled for profit.

I dropped the hunt. I dropped misled as a dunk on a person already at the table. I dropped a film as a gospel this URL wears. I will keep: one plate you will actually eat this Tuesday is allowed.

Put a plant you already have next to the grain you already cook — pap, rice, beans from a tin, whatever is in your shop. If there is meat on that plate, the plant still counts. If you do not mean a change this week, skip it. The meal is still a meal.

What you may take: one plant on a plate you were already going to eat. Not a design story. Not a conversion course. Not a clinic.

2. Not-designed is not a dunk this page delivers

The live middle stacked a kit: a long gut; vitamin C; B12 from soil; amino acids from plants; a brain that wants glucose; Neanderthals in Spain. Then a scientist’s name as a coat.

I dropped not-designed as a dunk. I dropped a gut as a courtroom. I dropped a name as a gospel I wear. I did not sit with those files as a reviewer. I will keep: a plate with a plant on it is food some people already eat.

You do not fail Tuesday by eating the food that is actually in the house. You do not pass by announcing you were not designed for meat. A name is not a membership.

What you may take: one ordinary plate without a halo. Not a design club. Not a dunk on the trolley you already have. Not a clinic.

3. Conversion is not a product

The live health half sold a conversion: a film; hired studies; meat protein as a heart; a vegan count; inflammation; cholesterol. Under that sat people who still eat meat as the implied other trolley.

I dropped conversion as a product. I dropped a film as a door this library runs. I dropped big-food as a dunk I am licensed to try. I will keep: a plate you actually meant is allowed. A plate you did not change is allowed.

A nutrition certificate does not let me issue a conversion. If a named condition, a blood number, or eating as a war is the actual question, that is a clinician — not a design-story I am licensed to run as medicine. Keep the medication if you have it. This page is not a prescription. Food is not medicine.

What you may take: one refusal to treat a plate as a conversion. Not a dunk. Not a clinic.

4. Meat can stay

The live close implied that without the design story you stay on meat, still failing. I dropped without-it-you-are-lost as a dunk. I will keep: meat can stay. People who eat meat are still people. A beige hour is still a meal.

You do not fail by liking meat. You do not pass by announcing you have quit. I will not dunk the person who still eats meat. I will not dunk a clinician who named a plan that includes it, or one that does not. Taste the meal. That is Tuesday lunch, not a monastery: How to start eating mindfully. If eating is a war, these notes are not your treatment. A plate is not a medicine. Harm is not a gift a conversion explained.

What you may take: one honest plate, with or without meat. Not a vegan identity. Not a dunk. Not a clinic.

How little is enough

Pick one. One plant on a plate you were already going to eat. One refusal of not-designed as a dunk. One refusal of conversion as a product. Meat can stay. Not a design story as a gospel. Not a diet prescription. Not a clinic.

A plate is not a product I deliver from a library. I do not take 1:1 clients. There is no call to book. Leave with one kitchen practice, or with the Tuesday you already had.
