The live title said scientists are finally starting to understand six spiritual truths. I will not keep that theater. Science is a method. Named inner maps are named inner maps. One does not have to lose for the other to be allowed in the room. I will not stage a catch-up.
What I will keep is six sketches people already reach for — a journey, a mystery around death, a metaphor of tone, the weight of attention, a poke at time, and change that does not require leaving the planet. I name the thinkers and traditions with respect. I do not turn them into physics. I do not invent a study that proves a soul.
This page sits beside two other named maps already in this library. Nonduality as a map, not a school: How to implement non duality in your life. Three named treasures from a Taoist sketch, not a happiness kit: The 3 treasures of taoism that lead to a happy life. You do not need all three URLs. You do not need this one.
This page is not a rival ladder to the map this library actually uses. Canon is nine movements on a spiral: The 9 stages of spiritual self realization. Six sketches are not stages 10 through 15. You will loop. You do not have to pick these words at all.
I write as a public educator. Take one sketch into the week, or none, and leave. If you wanted a quantum gospel, an ESP kit, a proof that Einstein baptised a listicle, or a 1:1, this is the wrong door — on purpose. New here? Start here. Who I am: About. Inner maps: Metaphysics. Daily practices: Wellness.
Not a lab. Not a contest.
Priests, prophets, yogis, and scientists have all tried to say why a Tuesday feels the way it does. I will not rank them. I will not say science still has a lot of catching up to do. I will not say a soul has finally earned attention because a lab booked it.
I will not quote conservation of energy as proof you cannot die. I will not quote Tesla as a frequency gospel. I will not say most of the universe is a vibration you can translate. Those are costumes. I dropped them. I will not invent a percentage, a trial, or a “scientists now agree.”
Skepticism is allowed. You may leave thinking every sketch is poetry. That is still a useful Tuesday if you take one honest look at attention. You do not need all six.
1. A human life as a journey
Pierre Teilhard de Chardin was a Jesuit and a palaeontologist. People often borrow a line of his: that we are not merely bodies who sometimes feel spiritual, but lives in which the inner and the outer already share a room. I name him with respect. I will not wear the line as a lab result. I will not say you are “consciousness energy made manifest.”
What you may take, as education: you are more than the job title and the sleep debt. The week is a human journey. That is a sketch, not a proof of out-of-body travel, déjà vu as a skill, or ESP as homework.
Intuition as a skill, not a club: What is an intuitive and how to tell if you are one.
2. Death as a named mystery
Traditions speak of soul, rebirth, continuation, return. I name that with respect. I do not know what happens after a last breath, and I will not pretend a conservation law settled it.
Energy, in physics, is a measured quantity in a closed account. A person is not that account. A close call that changes someone is a human report. It is not proof that “we cannot truly die,” and it is not a language I will teach as evidence.
If grief is the room you are in, this page is not a treatment. A clinician, a faith community you already trust, or a friend who can sit without fixing — those are doors. I am not those doors.
3. Tone as a metaphor, not a frequency
Some maps talk as if the week has a tone. Company has a tone. The feed has a tone. That is ordinary English. It is not nuclei. It is not dark matter. I will not say there is no such thing as solid matter.
Choosing the company of your attention already has a page, and it is metaphor on purpose: The importance of choosing your vibration. You do not need that URL to notice that an hour of shouting leaves a different Tuesday than an hour of a walk.
4. Attention, not a reality you mint
A line attributed to Gandhi says a person becomes what they think. I name the speaker with respect. I will not turn the line into a Law of Attraction. Worry is tiring. It is not a spell that manufactures the thing you fear. Dominant thoughts are not a destiny switch.
Attention and practice — not a prosperity law — already argues this honestly: Does the law of attraction actually work. You may still choose a kinder next thought. That is a practice. It is not mastery of the universe.
5. Time as a poke, not a proof
Einstein wrote, after a friend’s death, that for physicists the split between past, present, and future is a stubborn appearance. I name that with respect. I will not make him a yogi. I will not say time is an illusion you can graduate from.
What you may take: this hour is the one you can inhabit. The past is not a room you restage. The future is not homework you must finish before tea.
6. Change that does not require leaving
The live post said inner change is not a ride off the planet, not a rescue, not a livestream of a shift. That sentence I will keep, minus the costume. A next response in the life you already have is enough. It is not a higher frequency. It is not returning experiences to Source in an infinite loop of co-creation and mastery. I dropped mastery.
Looking inward as an inner turn, not a door to a higher plane: Going within the door to higher consciousness. Involution as an inner turn: The eterna joys of involution.
You do not go somewhere. You notice where you already are, and you take the next ordinary step.
What this page will not say
I will not say scientists are finally catching up. I will not invent a study. I will not say a quantum theory proves a soul. I will not teach astral projection or sell a frequency.
If a feeling is larger than a grey week, stop. Get help that is allowed to help. In a crisis, local emergency services, not this inbox.
How little is enough
Pick one sketch. A journey, not a rank. A mystery you will not solve from a URL. A tone you can actually choose in the next hour. One honest look at attention. This hour. This room.
I do not take 1:1 clients. There is no call to book. Leave with one named map, or with none.

This page is education, not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a treatment plan. I write as Ultimate Wellness, a public educator — not a doctor, not an HPCSA-registered dietitian, and not a therapist. I don’t take 1:1 coaching clients from this library; take one useful idea and use it. If you have a condition, take medication, or need care, please see your own clinician — more on Disclaimer.
