One plate in a chair is the whole thesis. Not a diet. Not a tribe. Not a mindful-eating syllabus this URL delivers. Food is not medicine on this site. Not a clinic.

I write as a public educator. Take one sit-down into the week, or none, and leave. If you wanted a coach, a cleanse, a 1:1 who will convert your trolley, or a promise that a chair treats a diagnosis, this is the wrong door — on purpose. New here? Start here. Who I am: About. Kitchen side: Food.

A cousin already holds starting to eat with attention, not a protocol: How to start eating mindfully. This URL does not clone it. This URL adds only: sit down for a meal you already have.

This page is **not a rival ladder**. Canon is nine movements on a spiral: The 9 stages of spiritual self-realization. A chair at a table is texture, not a tenth stage you fail.

This is **not a clinic**. If eating is a war, pregnancy is in the room, a condition needs timed food, or a feeling is larger than a grey week, that is a clinician. I will not dunk a person already in that room. In a crisis, local emergency services, not this inbox. South Africa: **112** from a mobile. The rule sits on Disclaimer. A chair is not a treatment. A plate is not a prescription.

Four notes, not a diet

You do not need all four. Number one is not holier than number four. Pick the slogan that is loud this Tuesday.

1. One plate in a chair 2. A tribe is not a protocol this page wears 3. The table is not a clinic 4. Standing at the fridge can stay

1. One plate in a chair

The meal is already there. The practice is sitting for it. Phone down if you can. Fork down once if you remember. That is enough.

I will not keep a slow-chew count as a conversion. I will not keep a candle as a membership.

What you may take: one sit-down. Not a ceremony. Not a clinic.

2. A tribe is not a protocol this page wears

Keto is not a personality I sell. Fasting is not a rank. Plant-only is not a gospel this URL wears. I will not dunk a person who still eats meat. I will not dunk a person who does not.

What you may take: one plate without a flag. Not a conversion.

3. The table is not a clinic

I will not tell you sitting treats digestion, a mood, a glucose number, or a weight I am licensed to run. I will not tell you eating at the sink treats them either.

A clinician may already have meal timing in the room. Keep it if you have it. This page does not overwrite that room.

What you may take: one chair, and a clinician door if eating is a war. Not a diagnosis from a paragraph.

4. Standing at the fridge can stay

Some hours are a fridge door and a leftover. That is still a person. You do not fail Friday by not setting a place.

If tracking food is currently harmful, skip this page. The map is optional.

What you may take: one skip that is still a meal. Not a guilt protocol.

How little is enough

Pick **one**. One plate in a chair. One refusal of a tribe. One leftover that is still allowed. Not a diet. Not a clinic.

A sit-down is not a product I deliver from a library. I do not take 1:1 clients. There is no call to book. Leave with one practice, or with the Tuesday you already had.

This page is education, not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a treatment plan. I write as Ultimate Wellness, a public educator — not a doctor, not an HPCSA-registered dietitian, and not a therapist. I don’t take 1:1 coaching clients from this library; take one useful idea and use it. If you have a condition, take medication, or need care, please see your own clinician — more on Disclaimer.
