Some spiritual teachings describe human beings as “multi-dimensional”, existing on many levels at once: body, mind, emotions and spirit. This is a spiritual map rather than a scientific one, but it can be a helpful way to reflect on the richness of who you are.
More than one part
You have a body, thoughts, feelings, relationships and a sense of meaning. Each part matters.
Not physics
Ideas about parallel selves or other dimensions are spiritual or speculative, not established science. You can enjoy them as ideas without needing to believe them.
The person at the desk counts
Whatever you believe, your everyday life, with its work, meals and relationships, matters.
Exploring with curiosity
Reflection, meditation and creative activities can help you explore different parts of yourself.
How little is enough
Today, check in with your body, mind and feelings for one minute each.

If writing helps you make sense of change, there’s a short guided journal waiting on the Guides page.

Some really nice stuff on this web site, I like it.
