A named map with respect, and this hour still counting, is the whole thesis. Not reincarnation as physics. Not three thousand cases as a lab that settles a soul. Not a Galileo dunk. Not a priest. Not a clinic. Two rooms.
The live title sold the science of reincarnation — Dr. Stevenson’s life work. I will not keep science-of as physics. I will not keep a case count as a proof this URL stamps. I will keep four weekday notes about how that map actually behaves with respect.
Two cousins already hold a different job. This URL does not clone either. Reincarnation I will not keep as a solved afterlife — a named map with respect: A look at reincarnation. Science-of-the-soul I will not keep as physics — a named map; this hour still counts: The science of the soul. Use this permalink when the search was the science of reincarnation, or Stevenson’s life work.
I write as a public educator. Take one sketch into the week, or none, and leave. If you wanted a coach, a past-life physics syllabus, a 1:1 who will read who you were, or a promise that a map treats a diagnosis, this is the wrong door — on purpose. New here? Start here. Who I am: About. Inner maps: Metaphysics. Daily noticing: Wellness.
This page is not a rival ladder. Canon is nine movements on a spiral: The 9 stages of spiritual self realization. A named map is texture, not a tenth stage you fail. Two rooms. This URL is not anti-religion.
This is not a clinic. Grief has weather. Some weather needs a clinician. Harm is not a gift. If a feeling is larger than a grey week — a mood that will not lift, a body that is not safe, a mind that is planning harm — stop. That is a clinician. In a crisis, local emergency services, not this inbox. The rule sits on Disclaimer.
Four notes, not reincarnation as physics
You do not need all four. Number one is not holier than number four. Pick the slogan that is loud this Tuesday.
- A named map with respect
- Science-of is not physics
- Two rooms; this hour still counts
- A grey hour is still a person
1. A named map with respect
The live opening asked whether you believe, then stacked three thousand scientifically verified cases, a dogmatic yardstick, and a life’s work at a university department of psychiatry.
I dropped verified-as-physics. I dropped case-count as a courtroom this URL runs. I dropped presently-not-a-believer as a verdict on the person already in the chair. I will keep: reincarnation is a named map many people use with seriousness — and Ian Stevenson is a named researcher many people cite with care. A map is not a lab I can stamp from a library.
I am not a priest. I cannot prove a return. I cannot disprove one. I can name the map with respect and leave you free to keep it, question it, or leave it. A look is not a settlement. This URL declines the hunger to call a map a physics.
What you may take: one honest sentence about which map you actually use, or none. Not a proof. Not a clinic.
2. Science-of is not physics
The live middle sold a lab coat: children who remembered without hypnosis; relatives still living; records matched to birth marks and scars; then a conclusion that humans are more than matter.
I dropped science-of as physics. I dropped irrefutable as a product. I dropped Galileo as a dunk on a household that uses other words. Maps are maps. They are not a lab. Inner maps live under Metaphysics. They do not become a treatment, and they do not become a physics paper.
You do not owe this page a faster belief. You do not prove you are on a path by repeating a case count. You may keep a named map in your own room, or none. Two rooms.
What you may take: permission to leave the lab costume. Not physics. Not a past-life I locate.
3. Two rooms; this hour still counts
Households differ. Some use rebirth with care; some use other words for hope; some use none. Two rooms. This page will not recruit a faith out of a case file, and will not tell a no-return household that it is behind. Religion and spirituality as maps, not a contest: Spirituality compared to religion.
The live close said souls reincarnate across ages, protecting the wisdom of ancestors. I dropped protecting-wisdom as a physics verdict I stamp. A named map may say that. I will not officiate it from a library. Whether or not a soul returns, this Tuesday still asks for one decent hour with a real person — including you. A map about later is not permission to neglect now.
What you may take: one boundary that keeps two rooms, and one honest hour in this Tuesday. Not a priest. Not anti-religion.
4. A grey hour is still a person
The live frame implied that without the science of reincarnation you stay in a fiction, still ignoring mind and soul. I dropped fiction as a dunk. I dropped without-it-you-are-lost as a verdict. I will keep: a grey hour is still a person. The person already at the desk is enough for this Tuesday. This hour still counts.
A grey day is not a failed membership. Plenty of people never use the word reincarnation and still become someone they can live with on a weekday. If a feeling is larger than a grey week, these notes are not your treatment. A named map is not an antidepressant.
What you may take: one honest sentence about the hour you are in. Not a self I unveil from a previous life. Not a clinic.
You do not have to settle the science of reincarnation in order to have a decent Tuesday. You have to notice one person already here, drop one dunk on a household that uses other words, and go on with the afternoon. That is the whole education on this page. If the hour is louder than a library, that is a clinician, not a map.
How little is enough
Pick one. One honest sentence about a named map, or none. Permission to leave the lab costume. One boundary that keeps two rooms. One honest hour in this Tuesday. Not reincarnation as physics. Not a priest. Not a clinic.
A named map is not a product I deliver from a library. I do not take 1:1 clients. There is no call to book. Leave with one sketch, or with the Tuesday you already had.

This page is education, not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a treatment plan. I write as Ultimate Wellness, a public educator — not a doctor, not an HPCSA-registered dietitian, and not a therapist. I don’t take 1:1 coaching clients from this library; take one useful idea and use it. If you have a condition, take medication, or need care, please see your own clinician — more on Disclaimer.
