A feeling you can name is the whole thesis. Not four deep practices as a treatment. Not a blockage you must clear. Not a subconscious you harness into abundance. Not a clinic that sorts joy, peace, or a grey week from a paragraph.

The live title sold four deep practices for clearing emotional blockages and harnessing the power of your subconscious mind. I will not keep four as a rank. I will not keep clearing as a treatment. I will keep four weekday notes about how those slogans actually behave at a desk.

Cousins already hold a different job. This URL does not clone them. Feeling is not an IQ: Happiness strategies of emotionally intelligent people. Looking inward is not an IQ you raise: Why is intrapersonal intelligence important and how to develop it. Use this permalink when the search was emotional blockages or the subconscious as a power.

I write as a public educator. Take one practice into the week, or none, and leave. If you wanted a coach, a hypnosis protocol, a 1:1 who will clear you, or a promise that four practices treat a diagnosis, this is the wrong door — on purpose. New here? Start here. Who I am: About. Daily noticing: Wellness.

This page is not a rival ladder. Canon is nine movements on a spiral: The 9 stages of spiritual self realization. Naming a tight jaw on Monday is texture, not a tenth stage you fail.

This is not a clinic. Moods have weather. Some weather needs a clinician. If a feeling is larger than a grey week — a mood that will not lift, a body that is not safe, a mind that is planning harm — stop. That is a clinician. In a crisis, local emergency services, not this inbox. The rule sits on Disclaimer.

Four notes, not a blockage you must clear

You do not need all four. Number one is not holier than number four. Pick the slogan that is loud this Tuesday.

  1. Name the feeling already in the chair
  2. A smaller next hour, not a harness
  3. Joy is not a product of the unconscious
  4. A grey hour is still a person

1. Name the feeling already in the chair

The live opening sold keys deep in the subconscious: joy, happiness, excitement, passion, purpose, meaning, peace, contentment, fulfillment, abundance, freedom — and the promise that four practices would unlock them.

I dropped the catalogue as a guarantee. I dropped unlocking as a treatment. I will keep a smaller sentence: naming what you feel is allowed.

“I am tight in the jaw after that message” is a Tuesday. “I have cleared my blockage and now I am free” is a poster. You do not owe this page a list of what is stuck. A colleague can be loud without being a villain. Naming is not a purge.

What you may take: one honest name for a feeling already in the chair. Not a rank. Not a mood you must produce by naming it.

2. A smaller next hour, not a harness

The live middle sold harnessing the subconscious as power: alter your reality; live the words daily; most people never get to experience them.

I dropped harness as a skill I teach. I dropped alter-your-reality as a product. I dropped most-people as a dunk. I will keep: one smaller next hour is allowed.

A walk after the meeting still counts. A shorter reply still counts. You do not have to reprogram a mind from a library. You can still snap at 16:00. That is a person, not a failed practice.

What you may take: one next hour, named honestly. Not a power you harness. Not a clinic that rewires you.

3. Joy is not a product of the unconscious

The live list treated those words — joy, peace, abundance — as outcomes of a deep inner technique. I dropped abundance as a law. I dropped peace as a mood you must produce. I will keep: one courteous hour toward the person already here, including you.

Courtesy is not a fulfillment I issue. Self-compassion as courtesy, not a right way: What it means to be self compassionate and how to do it right. A kind sentence that happens still counts more than an unlocked unconscious that never leaves the chair.

What you may take: one kind sentence that does not require a glow. Not a joy product. Not a subconscious club.

4. A grey hour is still a person

The live close implied that without the four practices you stay blocked. I dropped blocked as a diagnosis from a paragraph. I dropped without-them-you-are-lost as a dunk. I will keep: a grey hour is still a person.

A grey day is not a failed membership. Plenty of people never use the word cleared and still become someone they can live with on a Tuesday. If a feeling is larger than a grey week, these notes are not your treatment. A kind sentence is not an antidepressant.

What you may take: one honest sentence about the hour you are in. Not a blockage I clear. Not a clinic.

You do not have to become a more emotionally intelligent person in order to have a decent Tuesday. You have to notice one feeling, drop one unkind sentence toward yourself, and go on with the afternoon. That is the whole education on this page. The rest was a listicle’s hunger for a subconscious you could harness.

A cousin already holds the four rooms of feeling. This URL adds only the refusal: I will not turn that noticing into a clearance protocol. If the hour is louder than a library, that is a clinician, not four practices.

How little is enough

Pick one. One name for a feeling. One smaller next hour. One kind sentence. One honest sentence about a grey hour. Not four as a treatment. Not a subconscious you harness. Not a clinic.

A feeling is not a product I clear from a library. I do not take 1:1 clients. There is no call to book. If a mood is a crisis, that is a clinician. Leave with one practice, or with the Tuesday you already had.
