A spiritual fashion can skip a fact. That is the honest note. It is not a war on people who sit, who keep a crystal, who say love and light. The live title sold five common New Age misconceptions as misleading and dangerous. I dropped the dunk. I will not call a scene a religion I must defeat.

What I will keep is smaller: five places a map can go thin. Looking at a hard fact is allowed. Anger is a feeling you can notice. “Everything is fine” is not the only sentence. A perception is not automatically the whole Tuesday. A pause is not the same as giving up.

This page is a complement, not a clone. Practice is not automatically virtue already has a home: Mindfulness meditation make some more selfish and less generous. A spiritual label is not a rank: Has spirituality become another egotistical identity. Use this permalink when the search was New Age misconceptions and you needed a mirror, not a scolding. You do not need both as homework.

I write as a public educator. Take one honest note into the week and leave. If you wanted a coach, an activist programme I run, a guru to unmask, a conspiracy hour, or a 1:1 who will confirm that you are the awake one in the room, this is the wrong door — on purpose. New here? Start here. Who I am: About. Daily practices: Wellness. Inner maps: Metaphysics.

This page is not a rival ladder to the map this library actually uses. Canon is nine movements on a spiral: The 9 stages of spiritual self realization. Five notes are a caution. Nine is the working map. You can keep the faith you have, or none.

If a feeling is larger than a rough week, stop. Get help that is allowed to help. In a crisis, local emergency services, not this inbox. The rule sits on Disclaimer.

Five notes, not a war

You do not need all five. Number one is not more awake than number five. Pick the sentence that is loud this Tuesday.

  1. Looking at a hard fact is allowed
  2. Anger is a feeling you can notice
  3. “Everything is fine” is not the only map
  4. A perception is not the whole Tuesday
  5. A pause is not the same as giving up

1. Looking at a hard fact is allowed

Some rooms treat attention as a vote. Look at the hard thing and you have “given it power.” I will not keep that as a law. A fact can be named without becoming a diet of dread. Honesty about a hard day, not a positivity police: The truth about positive thinking.

You may still choose what you feed all afternoon. Rumination that will not lift is not a blog: 7 ways to clear your mind of negative thinking. Looking once is not the same as looping.

What you may take: if a fact is in the room, you are allowed to see it. Then return to the next small true thing.

2. Anger is a feeling you can notice

A spiritual fashion can file anger under negative and try to replace it with a softer slogan on a schedule. I will not. Anger is a human signal. It can be a boundary. It can be a loop. It can be a crisis that is not this inbox.

Noticing anger as a practice — not a consciousness you fail: Overcoming hatred a state of the totally focused consciousness. Respond rather than react: Why mindfulness is important to your mental health.

I dropped the live post’s torture-and-abuse examples as a moral exam I grade from a paragraph. I am not your activist and I am not your lawyer. Channelled indignation is not a programme I run.

What you may take: name the heat once. “This is anger.” Then ask whether a next step exists that is actually yours.

3. “Everything is fine” is not the only map

Unity language can become a way of skipping a harm. It is all a divine plan. There is no right and wrong. Duality is invalid. Some of that is a named philosophy people have argued for centuries. I will not settle it from a wellness page. I will keep a weekday note: a harm you can name is still a harm. Courtesy to the person in front of you still matters.

Questioning a belief as a practice, not a rank: 7 reasons to question your beliefs and become a stronger person. Two truths as a named map, not a rank: Relative truth ultimate truth.

I will not tell you there is one objective scorecard I hold. I will not tell you everything is okay because a feed said so.

What you may take: if a sentence erases a fact you can point at, test the sentence. You may keep a faith and still keep the fact.

4. A perception is not the whole Tuesday

How you see the hour changes how the hour feels. It does not always change what happened. Solipsism — only my mind is sure — is a named idea. I will not dunk on it as a disease of spiritual infancy. I will not wear a borrowed teacher as a verdict. I will keep: your lens is not automatically the room.

Honest questioning — not a truth you must own: Whats your truth. Empathy as noticing — not a verdict: Empathy equals judgement heres why.

What you may take: check one perception against a fact you can name with someone who was there. If you cannot, hold it lightly.

5. A pause is not the same as giving up

A pause is allowed. Named practices on this site — sitting, walking, a yes that is actually yours — can leave the Tuesday untouched, or they can make the next honest step possible. The tool does not choose. The numbered drills: 12 mindfulness exercises to start using daily.

I do not run a movement. I will not tell you that sitting is a moral fail, or that discomfort must change the world on my timetable.

What you may take: after the pause, ask whether a next step is actually yours. If it is, take a small one. If it is not, the pause was still allowed.

How little is enough

Pick one note this week. Look once. Name a heat. Keep a fact beside a slogan. Check a lens. Pause, then ask for a next step. Not five as a war on a scene. Not a dunk. Not a rank of who is awake.

You can keep the faith you have, or none, and still be honest. Mindfulness is not a religion on this site. Nonduality as a map, not a school: How to implement non duality in your life.

I do not take 1:1 clients. There is no call to book. There is no unmasking. Leave with one honest note, or leave with none.
